The Etchells Australasian Winter Championship annually takes place on the Sunshine Coast.
This 2014, the Etchells Australasian Winter Championship will be in its 18th year. SO far, it has attracted the best one-design sailors from Australasia to Mooloolaba. Expect four days of dynamic and intense sailing with strong competitors.
Etchells is a strictly-controlled one-design race that is considered as one of the most challenging in its class. Olympians, World Champions and sailors from America’s Cup regularly participate in the class as well as in the Mooloolaba event.
The warm winter weather allows the event to be perfect. Allow the locals to welcome you with friendly smiles. Choose from a slew of fun entertainment that are perfect for the entire family.
